Mixer grinders & juicer mixer grinders
The mixer grinder is the workhorse of the Indian kitchen and the most demanding small appliance to manufacture well: a high-torque motor, multiple stainless-steel jars, food-contact plastics, a safety interlock and a cosmetic housing that must survive years of daily use. C Lal has built this category for OEM partners and its own brands for decades.

Hand blenders, choppers & food preparation
Hand blenders, choppers and compact food processors combine a small motor with precise moulded mechanisms — blade holders, gear trains, detachable shafts and bowls — where fit and finish decide the user experience. These products draw heavily on C Lal’s moulding and tooling capability.

Dry & steam irons
Irons combine a heated soleplate, a thermostat, and — in steam models — a water tank and valve system with heat-resistant moulded handles and skirts. The category demands careful material selection close to the heater and reliable thermostat calibration on every unit.

Electric kettles & hot-water appliances
Kettles are simple to use and unforgiving to build: a concealed heating element, a boil-dry cut-out, a 360° power base and a body that must be safe to touch while boiling. Moulded bodies, lids and bases are produced in-house alongside stainless-steel variants.

Electrical safety
Every finished unit passes routine earth-continuity, insulation-resistance and high-voltage tests. Products are engineered to the applicable Indian and international appliance-safety requirements.
Food-contact materials
Jars, lids, bowls, blade holders and water-system parts are moulded from food-contact-grade polymers with batch material certificates retained.
Thermal management
Heat-resistant grades, thermal cut-outs and validated clearances around heaters and motors protect both the product and the user.
Durability
Production samples are cycled on endurance rigs to expose bearing, switch, seal and cord-flex problems before they reach the market.
Cosmetic consistency
Colour masters, approved surface standards and controlled moulding parameters keep every unit in a run looking like the first.
Serviceability
Products are designed so service centres can replace common wear parts — couplers, jars, cords, thermostats — quickly and correctly.

Do you sell appliances directly to consumers?
The group’s own consumer-appliance businesses sell through their own channels. This website covers the group’s manufacturing and OEM capabilities; for OEM, ODM and private-label programs, use the contact page.
Can we start from one of your existing platforms?
Yes. Private-label programs often adapt a proven C Lal platform with the customer’s cosmetics, accessories and packaging, which shortens development and reduces tooling investment.
Which product certifications can you support?
Products are engineered and tested to the applicable appliance-safety requirements, and type-test documentation is prepared to support the customer’s certification process. Specific certification scope is agreed per program.
What is the minimum program size?
Programs are scoped around dedicated tooling and line capacity, so volumes need to justify that investment. Share expected annual volumes and we will advise on the most suitable route — OEM, ODM, private label or component supply.
