Typical programs involve a mixer grinder, juicer mixer grinder, hand blender, iron, kettle or cooking appliance built to the customer’s specification and brand, at volumes that justify dedicated tooling and a dedicated line. Some customers bring finished drawings and their own moulds; others bring a reference product and a target price. Both routes lead to the same place: a controlled, documented, repeatable production system that the customer can rely on for years.

    Enquiry & scope

    Share the product brief, reference samples, drawings, target cost and expected volumes. We respond with a capability fit and a scoped proposal.

    Engineering & DFM

    Joint review of design, materials, tolerances and assembly sequence. Recommendations are agreed before tooling is committed.

    Tooling & sampling

    Moulds, dies and fixtures are built, trialled and sampled. Parts are measured against drawings and cosmetic masters.

    Pilot production

    A pilot lot validates the line layout, work instructions, test criteria and packaging before volume release.

    Ramp-up

    Volumes are increased in planned steps while capacity, quality data and material flow are reviewed.

OEM program FAQ.

What information do you need to quote an OEM program?

Product drawings or reference samples, target volumes, expected launch timing, packaging requirements and any certification or test standards the product must meet. If drawings do not exist yet, we can begin from a concept and a reference product.

Can you work with our existing tooling?

Yes. Customer-owned moulds are evaluated, refurbished if required and run on our floor under a documented tool-transfer process. We can also build new tooling that you own.

How do you handle engineering changes during production?

Changes are logged, assessed for impact on tooling, materials, assembly and test, and implemented under a controlled cut-in with updated documentation and first-off approval.

Do you support customer-branded products?

Yes. We manufacture to customer brand specifications, including cosmetic finishes, branding, colour matching, accessories and retail packaging.

What quality documentation is provided?

Incoming, in-process and final inspection records, test reports, first-article documentation and dispatch audit reports, tailored to the customer’s requirements.
