Manufacturing depth,
built since 1988.
C Lal Group is a diversified industrial group whose core is a vertically integrated appliance manufacturer. We engineer, tool, mould, assemble, test and dispatch home appliances for established brands — and for our own.
From a single workshop to an integrated factory.
C Lal was founded in 1988 in Ambala, Haryana, with a conviction that has not changed in 38 years: a manufacturer who understands the whole product will always out-perform one who understands a single process.
The early business built electrical appliances for the domestic market. As brands began looking for manufacturing partners who could take a product from drawing to dispatch, the group invested in the capabilities that make that possible — a tool room to build and maintain its own moulds, an injection-moulding floor to produce every plastic component in-house, electrical and electronics assembly to integrate motors, heaters and controls, and testing stations to prove every unit before it is packed.
Today, C. Lal Electrical Appliances is the group’s manufacturing subsidiary and OEM arm, producing appliances for recognised brands alongside the group’s own consumer-product businesses. The two sides feed each other: OEM programs bring scale and engineering rigour; our own products keep us close to the customer who actually uses the appliance.
One group. One manufacturing system.
All manufacturing capabilities described on this website are operated by C. Lal Electrical Appliances across the group’s manufacturing operations, headquartered in Ambala Cantt, Haryana.
Every process in-house — and every interface between them.
Owning the process is table stakes. The advantage is owning the hand-offs: the moments where most manufacturing problems are born.
Product intent, target cost, reference samples and market requirements.
DFM review, component design, BOM, routings and control plan.
Mould and die development, trials, sampling and dimensional sign-off.
Production of housings, functional parts and cosmetic components.
Sub-assembly cells and balanced main lines with in-line checks.
Electrical-safety, functional and endurance validation before release.
Packing, warehousing and scheduled dispatch to the customer network.
Built for programs, not batches.
Vertically integrated
Engineering, tooling, moulding, electrical work, assembly, testing and dispatch all operate within the group under one management system.
Product-maker perspective
Our own appliance businesses give us first-hand understanding of what a product must do in the market, not just on the drawing.
Decades of appliance experience
Manufacturing for established appliance brands since 1988 has built deep category knowledge across motors, heaters and moulded structures.
Engineering responsiveness
Problems are solved where they occur: a moulding issue can be traced to the tool and corrected by our own tool room.
Built for volume
Planning, line balancing and material flow are designed for sustained high-volume programs, not one-off batches.
Quality by process
Checks are embedded in the flow from incoming material to dispatch, with data feeding continuous improvement.
How we work.

Integrity in engineering
We recommend what will work in production, even when it is not the quickest answer.
Ownership of outcomes
Because every process is ours, every result is ours too — there is no supplier to point at.
Respect for the shop floor
Skilled operators, tool-makers and technicians are the core of the company, and improvement starts with them.
Long-term partnerships
Relationships with brands and suppliers are measured in years and product generations, not purchase orders.
