About C Lal Group

Established in 1988, C Lal has grown around a simple industrial principle: the strongest manufacturing partners understand the entire product, not just one process.

Through its manufacturing subsidiary, C. Lal Electrical Appliances, the group brings together product engineering, tooling and mould development, plastic injection moulding, electrical and electronics work, component preparation, assembly, testing, packing and dispatch. This integrated model lets C Lal carry OEM programs along the full path from product industrialization to repeatable, high-volume production.

The group also runs its own consumer-appliance businesses, so OEM experience is paired with a practical understanding of product development, operations and what the market actually demands of an appliance.

One manufacturing system. Multiple disciplines.

Engineering decisions travel downstream. Production feedback travels upstream. C Lal’s integrated model is designed to keep those conversations connected — so a problem found at test is fixed in the tool, the material or the drawing, not hidden by inspection.

Industrial capability across the product lifecycle.

Designed for OEM programs that require more than contract assembly — combining manufacturing engineering, process capability and production execution.

Moulding is where an appliance takes shape.

Housings, jars, lids, bases, gears and handles — the parts that define fit, finish and durability — are moulded on our own floor, from our own tools, and engineered as part of the finished product.

  • Multi-machine injection-moulding floor with in-house tool room
  • Engineering thermoplastics: ABS, PP, PC, SAN, PA, POM and filled grades
  • Cosmetic, food-contact and structural components
  • First-off approval, logged parameters and in-process inspection
  • Secondary operations and sub-assembly in the moulding flow

A factory is more than a production line.

Our manufacturing environment connects moulding floors, machine tools, mould and die storage, assembly, electrical work, testing, material storage, packing, warehousing and dispatch into one operating system.

  • Injection moulding floor and production machinery
  • Tool room and mould / die management
  • Mechanical and electrical assembly lines
  • Testing and quality-control workstations
  • Raw-material and finished-goods storage
  • Packing, warehouse and dispatch operations

Manufacturing as an extension of your product team.

Long-term OEM relationships are built on more than capacity. They depend on engineering responsiveness, controlled tooling, repeatable processes, quality discipline and the ability to solve problems across the complete production chain.

C Lal has manufactured for established appliance brands since 1988, supporting programs where product quality, cost, production continuity and time-to-market must move together.

How an OEM program works
01

Industrialize

Translate product intent into a stable, manufacturable production system.

02

Integrate

Coordinate tooling, components, assembly and quality around the finished product.

03

Control

Build quality and process checks into the production flow, not only at final inspection.

04

Scale

Develop repeatable operations that can support sustained production requirements.

What vertical integration means for your program.

Six reasons brands choose an integrated manufacturer over an assembly shop.

01

Vertically integrated

Engineering, tooling, moulding, electrical work, assembly, testing and dispatch all operate within the group under one management system.

02

Product-maker perspective

Our own appliance businesses give us first-hand understanding of what a product must do in the market, not just on the drawing.

03

Decades of appliance experience

Manufacturing for established appliance brands since 1988 has built deep category knowledge across motors, heaters and moulded structures.

04

Engineering responsiveness

Problems are solved where they occur: a moulding issue can be traced to the tool and corrected by our own tool room.

05

Built for volume

Planning, line balancing and material flow are designed for sustained high-volume programs, not one-off batches.

06

Quality by process

Checks are embedded in the flow from incoming material to dispatch, with data feeding continuous improvement.

OEM expertise with a product-maker’s perspective.

Mixer grinders, juicer mixer grinders, hand blenders, irons, kettles, hot plates and other small domestic appliances — experience across these categories informs both OEM manufacturing and C Lal’s own consumer-product activities.

Quality is engineered into the process.

Manufacturing quality is not a department at the end of the line. It begins with the tool, the material, the process setting, the work instruction and the feedback loop between production and engineering.
